PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

 The customer has the right to exchange a new product given that the product has not been used and is in its original closed packaging. The customer will be able to exchange the new product with a product of the same value or with a product of a higher value by paying the difference.

A product return will be accepted:

  • Only with the proof of purchase from our store
  • Within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase

HARDWARE RETURNS

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we are selling, Electrovape Ltd will only accept returns for the following reasons – Exchange, Wrong Item Received, or DOA Product. Please contact our customer service within the following specified time of receiving the item before returning any hardware product. Products received with no notification will be disregarded. Please note that customer service may ask for pictures or other documentation on the product before approving the return. Sending pictures with your initial contact may expedite your claim.

EXCHANGES

Unopened, unused items may be returned for exchange in the form of store credit. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be held without refund and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

E-LIQUIDS RETURN POLICY

The return of E-liquids will not be accepted even if they are sealed and in the original packaging due to the E.U Sanitary Regulations.If you have an issue with your order please use the chat window at the bottom right of this page. *The warranty of electrical devices is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
