Shipping & Delivery
During checkout you will have to choose how would you like to receive the items you order. The available methods are:
Pickup from store – If you choose this method it means that you have to pick your items from our premises in 36C Nikis Avenue, Nicosia, Cyprus. Order processing using this method is faster and free of charge. Our team will prepare your order and they will contact you to pick up your order. Usually this process can be processed within a few hours. Please note that this method is only available for Cyprus residence.

Pickup from ACS
If you choose this method your order will be send to ACS Currier and will be transfered to the nearest branch based on your shipping address. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check your shipment process. Once your order arrives at your nearest ACS branch you will be contacted to pickup your order. This is a paid service and the cost is €3.5 per order. Please note that this service is also free of charge for orders over €50 within Cyprus. Please note that this method is only available for Cyprus residence.

International Shipping
If you choose this method your order will be processed from Cyprus Postal Services and will be dispatched to the destination country. Order processing it usually takes 1-2 business days and the delivery estimate is 15-30 days depending on your country or region. Please note that when you are ordering batteries the shipment may delay due to a security checks. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check your shipment process. Once your parcel arrives to the destination country it will be handed over to the local postal service for the delivery.

Safety Policy
The products on ElectroVape.eu are intended for use by persons 18 or older, and not by children, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma. If you have a demonstrated allergy or sensitivity to nicotine or any combination of inhalants, consult your physician before using this product. This product is sold purely for recreational purposes – it is not a smoking cessation product and has not been tested as such. You must be over the legal age in your state to buy or use this product. Nicotine is highly addictive and habit forming. Keep out of reach of children.

Returns & Replacements
E-juice Returns – We cannot accept returns on e-liquid due to E.U. health codes. If you have an issue with your order please use the chat window at the bottom right of this page. We will take any issues into consideration and come to a fair resolution. You may also fill out our Contact Us form if you prefer not to use the live chat feature.

Hardware Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of the products we are selling, S.E.L. Cigarette Ltd will only accept returns for the following reasons – Exchange, Wrong Item Received, or DOA Product. Please contact our customer service within the following specified time of receiving the item before returning any hardware product. Products received with no notification will be disregarded. Please note that customer service may ask for pictures or other documentation on the product before approving the return. Sending pictures with your initial contact may expedite your claim.

Exchanges
Unopened, unused items may be returned for exchange in the form of store credit. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be held without refund and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is not what you ordered, customer service will issue a pre-paid return label for you to print out and affix to your return package. Once the item is received, the correct item will be shipped out to you. All wrong items must be returned unopened. If the item is opened, it will not be accepted for return.

DOA
DOA stands for “Dead On Arrival”. Should you receive a DOA item, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. A customer service representative will attempt to determine the status of your product. Should your product be deemed DOA, a pre-paid return label will be issued for your return. DOA returns must be returned in unused condition with no signs of wear and tear. Items returned that do not meet this criteria will be rejected. Once the item has been received and approved, a replacement item will be shipped back out to you.

Returning Your Item
Items for return must be properly packaged to prevent damage while in transit. We recommend using padded envelopes and bubble wrap. Improperly packaged or damaged returns may be subject to rejection. Please include the original packing slip with your return. All original product parts, packing material, and instructions must be included with the product. Missing items will subject the return to rejection.
Your return package must be post marked within 48 hours of receiving your pre-paid return label. S.E.L. Cigarette Ltd will only replace defective items with working items of the exact same model.
In the event that the item you are returning is out of stock, a full refund in the form of store credit will be issued. Once your returned item has been received by S.E.L. Cigarette Ltd, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Items Damaged in Transit
Should your item be damaged by the shipping carrier in transit to you, please contact S.E.L. Cigarette Ltd customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include detailed pictures of the damage to the unopened package. At that time, a customer service representative will determine what action should be taken. S.E.L. Cigarette Ltd strongly advises that if you find damage before opening your package, you should return it to the shipping carrier immediately and reject receipt of the package. This will clear you of any responsibility, however this can only be done with unopened packages.

Payment Methods
Due to checkout you will have to choose the payment method that is more comfortable to you.
We accept all the major credit cards processed by a secure payment gateway powered by PayPal Inc.
You can also choose to pay cash on delivery. Using this method you can complete the checkout process without entering any credit card information and you pay your order later when you pick it up from our store or at the ACS’s branch. Please note that this method is only available for Cyprus residence.

Updating Account Information
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address and Phone number. You can change these information at any time by login to your account and visiting the account dashboard. If you find yourself hard to make these changes you can contact our customer support department and one of our representatives will guide you through this process.
